CAEB is always responsive to the more specific requests made by the sector, and has designed a new MOUNTAINPRESS MP 550 CNG on rubber tracks in the framework of specialisation, with reference to extreme mountain haymaking.
The main feature is represented by performing the hay pressing operation, by rolling the hay to form cylindrical bales.
The pressure chamber in the MOUNTAINPRESS MP 550 CNG is housed inside the frame to achieve a very low centre of gravity and favour great stability.
MOUNTAINPRESS MP 550 CNG adopts the same principle to form the bale typical of the other versions.
The bale weight therefore varies from 20 to 25 kg with a formation time of approximately 40 seconds, achieving a total hourly hay production of approximately 1,500 kg. The bale formed will be of the "soft core" type without the hay undergoing any cutting or beating.
