OMNIPRESS 800 is an automatic rotary compactor designed for scraps and waste materials that enables orderly and clean conditions to be maintained and to reduce significantly the costs of waste disposal and transportation.
Every aspect of the machine is designed with the aim of being used also by unskilled operators, OMNIPRESS 800 represents an innovative step forward compared with the previous version, since technical improvements have been made, such as automatic cutting of the wrapping material, automatic chain lubrication and adding a new software card used to manage the machine's operation visually and in real-time by identifying any anomaly promptly (self-diagnosis).

NET AND FILM DESIGNED FOR OMNIPRESS
Omnipress 800 uses:
- a special extendable film for the packing operation, very well-suited for packing small sized materials
- an extruded PP - Polipropilene net, designed specifically to maintain compact dissimilar materials.
The rolls are supplied in the following size:
NET: Width 80 cm - Diameter 20 cm - Length 1,000 mt
FILM: Width 80 cm - Diameter 20 cm - Length 1,500 mt
The bale produced has the following dimensions:
