Mini round baler for haymaking
MOUNTAINPRESS MP 550 is an innovative machine and is the first and only machine of its kind. The easy handling, limited height and very low centre of gravity features are sufficiently well suited to hillside and mountain areas.
The baler performs the work of pressing the hay, by rolling the hay to form cylindrical bales.
The formation of this type of bale is defined as ""soft core"", since the centre is pressed less and therefore allows the hay to achieve a correct degree of transpiration avoiding the formation of any moulds, while the bale is pressed more tightly on the outside, to obtain an impermeable protective layer.
The pressing process is completed without cutting and beating, maintaining all the flower and seed inside the bale, therefore, the quality of the hay remains whole.
