OMNIPRESS: key features

Products

Compact design
OMNIPRESS 800 has a heavy duty structure and the mechanical feeder parts are characterised by having a high mechanical resistance, also well suited for an operator that intends to use the machine intensely.

Flexibility
The compact dimensions and the limited weight enable OMNIPRESS 800 to be used in every situation. The machine can be moved using a normal forklift truck if necessary or even with a simple hand pallet truck. The highly flexible use is demonstrated by being able to use the machine with different types of materials. OMNIPRESS 800 is capable of pressing industrial processing waste materials, cardboard, film, fabrics, plastic bottles, wood and plastic fruit boxes, binding materials, etc., reducing the original volume by up to 70-75%. Unlike the vertical and horizontal compactors, OMNIPRESS 800 is also able to press expanding materials, like foam rubber; this feature has enabled the machine to be included in continuous processing cycles, without needing temporary storage of high-volume waste materials.A special collector tank positioned at the base of the machine enables the compacting residues, such as cardboard dust, to be captured, helping to make the working environment always extremely clean and orderly.

Simplicity
OMNIPRESS 800 is ready to be used at any time.
The operator only has to introduce the material to be pressed in the appropriate opening; the machine does the rest. The automatic mechanisms which equip the OMNIPRESS 800 make the operator's task (even an unskilled operator) easy and safe.

Safety
OMNIPRESS 800 is also equipped with adequate safety devices, such as the emergency manual switch and the automatic safety bar that stops the machine’s operation when the operator comes into contact with the material feed opening. The safety frame ensures that an adequate distance is maintained from the automatic opening where the bale is ejected. The bale once formed has uniform dimensions and are suited to being stored simply and rapidly. A sensor prevents the compactor being overloaded due to particularly bulky materials and these materials can be removed by reversing the feed chain movement. Therefore, the machine's operation is effective and safe in all operating conditions.
