OMNIPRESS 800 is ready to be used at any time.

After the operator has introduced the material to be processed (fig. 1), a heavy duty chain consisting of steel profile sections designed with a high mechanical resistance draws the material inside the compacting chamber.

The compactor starts to operate or stops automatically, if material is present or absent in the feed opening, thanks to a photoelectric sensor. The operator then positions the collecting film or net (fig. 2).

The toothed steel rollers enable the material to be compacted firmly, thanks to the rotary movement until the net is cut automatically (fig. 3), the completed bale binding and formation and its automatic ejection (figs. 4 and 5).
